Refund Policy

At LumisPath, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: You may reschedule at no additional cost, or receive a full refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: The session fee is non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if possible. • No-shows: Sessions that are missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

For multi-session packages (e.g., 3-session bundles): • Unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested before any sessions in the package have been completed. • After the first session has been completed, refunds for remaining unused sessions will be calculated at the single-session rate, with the difference refunded. • Package refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.

Completed consulting and coaching sessions are generally non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Access to AI-powered tools and digital resources included with a service package is non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.
