LumisPath provides education consulting, career coaching, interview preparation, and AI-powered guidance services. Our services include but are not limited to: • One-on-one career strategy and interview coaching sessions. • Education and study abroad consulting. • Resume and professional profile review. • AI-assisted practice tools and learning workflows. All services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, school admissions, or interview results.

Services must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or agreed-upon channels. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously confirmed bookings.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of LumisPath, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

You agree to: • Provide accurate information when using our services. • Use our services only for lawful purposes. • Not share login credentials or access to AI tools with unauthorized parties. • Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary frameworks or materials shared during sessions.

LumisPath provides guidance and coaching services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are informational and advisory in nature. We are not a licensed employment agency, law firm, or educational institution. The advice and guidance provided should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
